Leo's a little bit dangerous to write because he can be very pushy and even on the brink of creepy. He doesn't much care for personal space or boundaries, and sees nearly everything as an opportunity for more debauchery and creative ways to commit sodomy. Feel free to tell me how far you're willing to let him torment your muse before he gets bored, and maybe what some of your squicks are, if any.
As far as powers and comments, Leo is pretty formidable. He will not go down easily due to his Contract with Julian which multiplies his natural power over the element of fire. He's also a pretty decent shot with a gun. The flames he can summon at will are hot enough to weld with, if this helps as a way to gauge their destructive force.
